4. Kansas City, Missouri. The vibrant city offers cheap cost of living, only 6% tax rate, low rental prices and food price below average. Despite the average age being 32.6, it has been voted a good city for senior citizens due to low prices and mild weather.
5. Las Vegas. This city has the most eligible bachelors in the USA. However, Las Vegas is not for the faint hearted, and citizens of this town need strong will-power to not end up in extreme situations of excess. It is also a good town to make money and the cost of living is relatively low.
6. St Louis, Missouri. Built along the western bank of the Mississippi River it has a population of 318,416. Cost of living is also low, so the city offers a good quality of life. It is also a friendly city, with a humid climate and stunning nature, forests and prairies.
