skyscraper.
These homes tower over the Empire State
Building, the Chrysler Building and One
World Trade Center. This New York landmark
can be seen from five boroughs including
Queens and the Bronx. Park Avenue is located
between 56th and 57th and is the tallest
residential building in the western
hemisphere. The designer of the interiors
is Deborah Berke, who go her inspiration
from Rafael Viñoly's architectural work.
Some of the amenities include a 75-foot
indoor swimming pool, spa and fitness
centre, library, outdoor dining terrace
and restaurant and a children's playroom.
