Burgundy and deep wine red are this Autumn/Winter seasonal colour; from boots to sweaters and jackets, fashionistas are replacing their basic boring-coloured items for burgundy ones. Elie Saab presented an interesting collection with many shades of burgundy featuring on the runway, from berry tones to smoky pink that conveyed and edgy romantic feel. Burgundy combines well with many colours, such as black and white tones, mustard, grey, brown or navy blue. Other top autumn/winter runway colours this season were peacock blue, powder-pastel blue,
ink, cream, aluminium, olive, blush and bubble gum.
