collection has hit the New York
catwalk. The designer
Joseph Altuzarra has described his
collection at New York Fashion Week
as "undone- and very sensual".
He's taken inspiration from the
epoque film Barry Lyndon and
the feminine haunting looks of
Rosemary's Baby.
The clothes have a beautiful,
classy and nostalgic feeling
to them- with a country and Hispanic
look. Linen car coats with blanket
stripes combined with blanket-striped linen a-line skirts. Thin wrap around jersey's teamed with high waisted trousers for elegant-formal wear.
Altazarra kept the collection original with leather latticework pieces; and topped it off with some beautiful flowing gowns with a hint of 18th centuary Barry Lyndon.
