Do you have problems to get quality sleep? Do you
find it hard to wind down after a stressful day
at work? Today we introduce Usun Yoon, the actress
from Gym Tony, who has some great yoga moves that
work to get the best nights rest. If we are
starting a yoga session at home, the first step is
to play some relaxing music and change into a
comfortable outfit. This way you can start a small
20 minute workout session, ideal for before
going to bed. We can start with the position Ardha
Chandrasana or the half moon position. Arms should
be stretched back.
The next excercise is the cobra or Bhujangasana
which is done on the ground in which the shoulders
are stretched back. To end the session Supta
Baddha Konasana which will help you stretch your
legs and abdomen. Asana yoga claims many physical
benefits including improve stenghth, flexibility
and balance.
