Game of Thrones causes commotion in Spain

Game of Thrones have moved their cast to the south of Spain to film Season 5, which is expected to premiere in April 2015. Filming in the Spanish location of Osuna, a small village 50 miles from Seville, began on October the 16th. The locals have been more than excited to welcome the cast and crew, and are experiencing a tourism boom with all Hotels booked up until the end of October, when filming ends. Fresco Film services has hired 550 Spaniards to work as extras for £40 a day. The US ambassador to Spain, Jamie Costos, expects tourism to rise by 15 per cent in the area, after tourism in previous filming locations saw a significant rise. Cities and towns in Malta, Iceland, Northern Ireland and Croatia have all seen a sharp rise in visitors. Emilia Clarke, Nathalie Emmanuel, Iain Glen, Michiel Huisman and Peter Dinklage have been spotted out an about in Osuna.
