Loosing weight is about learning to eat
healthy and knowing there aren't any
miracle foods or diets out there.
Some diets can be very effective,
but we can't always live on a diet.
However we should not give in to every
craving, it is important to think about
our body and organism's needs. The key
is to eat healthy and get used to healthy
dietary habits that will help us be healthier
and control our body weight.
Eating lunch before 3pm is one of those healthy habits, or not eating bread with your meals. It is also recommended to eat five times a day; have dinner at least two hours before going to bed; eat fruit between meals and learn to distribute calories fairly throughout the day.
More than half of the recommended daily calories should be consumed in the first half of the day, because this is when we need the most energy.
Eating breakfast when you get up, and a good breakfast should include proteins and
carbohydrates. Fruit and vegetable juices are also healthy and herbal teas after meals are
also recommended.
