January film releases: Into the Woods and Aloft

What are the latest cinema releases? Here are a selection of two films recently released in January 2015. Into the Woods is a musical, that mixes three stories of the Grimm brothers: Little Red Riding Hood, Cinderella and Rapunzel. Some good points about this film are the photography, production and the cast; starring Hollywood big shots like Meryl Streep, Emily Blunt, James Corden, Anna Kendrick, Chris Pine and Johnny Depp as the big bad wolf. The problem with this film is it hasn't managed to capture and audience; it is too boring for the adults and not a kids film. Into the Woods has not been loved by the public but has recieved good reviews from the critics. Aloft is a drama starring Jennifer Connelly, Cillian Murphy and french actress Mélanie Laurent. The centres around the story of a mother who is separated from her child. The good points about this film are the photography and the cast of actors. The dissapointing points are the irregularities of the film.
