Thanks to some editing done by Loryn Brantz at Buzzfeed,
the Disney princesses have been given a more
anatomically correct figure, in particulary the waist
and the hips. The problem with the princesses is
their unrealistic bodies; they are typically designed
to have long necks, narrow shoulders, a B-C cup breasts
and their waists are virtually tiny and ultra-defined.
The hips and the legs are also unrealistically thin.
From the beginning, the animation industry has been
male dominated, and these unrealistic proportions
for the portrayal of women were set as a standard.
Here is what Aurora (Sleeping Beauty), Belle (Beauty
and the Beast), Jasmine (Aladdin), Elsa (Frozen),
Ariel (The Little Mermaid) and Pocahontas (Pocahontas)
would look like with more realistic proportions.

Great feature! What I like is that I had to stare for a while to realize what was different about the princesses, meaning that despite the change in proportions, they remained their lovely selves.
