The new diet in town: The Fat Diet. Loose weight quickly, effectively
and safely. No fads, no post-diet yo-yo effect and no unhealthy side
effects.
Nina Teicholz is an American journalist who has published a
diet book that has exploded onto worldwide bookshelves and on e-book.
'The Big Fat Surprise' shows there is no correlation between
heart attacks and eating saturated fats.
Your body needs saturated fats to properly function, here is how
to get enough of them and loose weight.
Here's how:
1. Substitute semi-skimmed milk for whole milk. Whole milk is lower
in sugar and helps absorb Vitamin A and D.
2. Butter not margerine. Margerine is actually dyed yellow to imitate butter.
This should put you off.
3. Eat red meat, it is not bad for you. Red meat does not increase
bad cholesterol.
4. Put dairy back in your diet. Cheese, yoghurt, ice-cream.
Why does this diet contradict the diets doctors and experts
recommend us to keep our body healthy?
Very simple: The evidence to prove that a low-fat diet leads to
good health is flawed! Theories are layed out on the table, researched
and evidence is found to back these theories up.
There has never been any solid research that proves saturated
fats cause disease.
In the 1950's theories where being looked for to explain heart disease and
and increasing number of heart attacks in the American population.
The theory was proposed by Ancel Keys, who studied diet and health.
Sixty years later, his theory is being debunked.
