50 Cent heart-beat monitoring earphones

Intel and SMS Audio, 50 Cent's company, have designed these smart audio headphones to incorporate sensors that will measure your heart rate. The product was announced at the Consumer Electronics show in January.

The earphones will allow the user to track their heart rate throughout a run or workout without having to wear a wrist or chest heart-rate monitor.
It has a built in optical sensor that measures heart rate during periods of excercise, relaxation and moments in between. Pricing is yet to be announced.
